An empirical analysis of industrial finished goods trade structure of Guangdong province is made, based on its import and export quantity,the proportion of capital and knowledge intensive products in exports,the ICR index and inter industry trade index.The last part of the paper provides some advice about how to improve the trade structure of Guangdong finished goods.
