摘要
目的:探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)对促进大比例超长皮瓣成活的作用。方法:制作大鼠背部随意皮瓣,于术后即刻在实验组1次性局部应用EGF 0.5 ml(40μg/ml)。应用BPM2镭射多普勒血流仪数字温度计对随意皮瓣的成活进行动态监测,并结合墨汁灌注制作透明标本进行形态学观察。结果:实验组皮瓣成活率;血流值、皮温术后3d起显著高于对照组,实验组皮瓣血管的再生明显多于对照组。结论:EGF能促进上皮细胞的增生与修复,促进血管的再生与再通,促进皮肤伤口的愈合,提高随意皮瓣成活的长度,并可达到早期断带的目的。
Objective :To study the function of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on promoting the survival of the big-proportioned and superlength random flap. Methods : The experiment employed the random flap on rat back; EGF 0.5 ml (40 fig/ml) was immediately used locally in experiment group flap after operation with auto-control. Then the flaps were monitored constantly with BPM2 and.digital themometer, and were observed through the morphological method. Results : In contrast with the control, the survival rate, the blood flow and skin temprature from the third day after operation were remarkably higher than that of the control; the blood vessels in the experimental were much more than that in the control group. Conclusion : EGF, with the capacity to promote proliferation of the epidermis of the flap, can increase the survival of the random flap, and the flap pedicle can be excised earlier.
