Prevention of the Complication Following Palatoplasty

目的 探讨腭裂术后并发症的原因及其预防措施。 方法 对 1 982 - 2 0 0 1年 4 94例腭裂手术治疗后发生并发症 4 3例进行回顾性分析。 结果 腭裂术后并发症的发生率为 8.70 % ,其中以出血为最多 ,占 32 .5 6 % ;急性喉梗阻为最危险 ,占 9.30 % ;其它并发症为瘘孔及黏骨膜瓣坏死 2 7.91 % ,复裂 1 3.95 % ,术后中耳炎 1 6 .2 8%。 结论 腭裂术后并发症的发生有其独立和相关的危险因素。强调在术中。

Objective\ To investigate the pathogenesis of the complication following palatoplasty and the measures to prevent them.\ Methods\ Retrospective study of the clinical material of the 43 cases of the complication following palatoplasty, which occurred among 494 patients in past twenty years.\ \{Results\}\ The occurrence rate of the complication was 8 70%.\ The common complication was hamorrhage, which took 32 56%.\ The most dangerous complication was acute largngemphraxis, which took 9 30%.\ The others, fistula and necrosis of endopalato\|valve in 27 91%, resplit in 13 95%, media otitis occurred in 16 28%.\ Conclusion\ The complications following palatoplasty have their isolated and relevant risk factors.\ It is emphasized that some appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the complications during and after operation.
