摘要 活性氧在维持血管稳态方面有着十分重要的生理和病理生理作用。活性氧的产生和代谢失衡与多种血管性疾病有着密切的关系。近年来的研究发现 ,活性氧对信号转导通路中氧化还原敏感的蛋白激酶有调节作用 ,通过影响这些氧化还原敏感蛋白酶的活性 。 Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a very important role in vascular homeostasis both physiologically and pathophysiologically. The imbalance between production and metabolism of ROS contributes to various vascular diseases. Recent studies have demonstrated that ROS regulated the redox-sensitive protein kinases in the signal transduction pathways,affected the activities of these kinases, and thus modulated the gene expression.
