摘要
目的 观察黄蜀葵总黄酮(TFA)对MCAO大鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响。方法 透射电镜观察TFA对脑细胞超微结构的影响,TUNEL法对TFA脑细胞凋亡的影响进行半定量观察。结果 透射电镜观察发现 TFA 50、100mg·kg^(-1)能改善脑细胞超微结构的变化,TUNEL法观察发现TFA25、50、100mg·kg^(-1)能剂量依赖性地减少凋亡细胞的数目。结论 TFA能通过抗脑细胞凋亡发挥脑缺血损伤保护作用。
AIM To investigate the effect of TFA on cell apoptosis in MCAO (middle cerebral artery occlusion) rats. METHODS The transmission electron microscopy and TUNEL(TdT-media-ted dUTP-digoxigenin nick end-labeling) method were used in rat MCAO model. RESULTS Transmission electron microscopy showed that TFA 50, 100 mg · kg-1 can improve the ultrastructure of cerebral cells and TUNEL method showed that TFA 25,50,100 mg · kg -1 can dose dependency inhibited the apoptosis of brain cells in MCAO rats. CONCLUSION TFA play a protective role on incomplete cerebral ischemia injury via inhibition of cerebral cells apoptosis.
