摘要 目的 :评价扩增片段长度多态性技术 ( AFL P)分析对淋球菌分离株进行基因分型的能力。方法 :2 6株淋球菌分离株基因以 Eco RI和 Mes I酶切及 AFL P分析。结果 :同一地区的淋球菌分离株之间存在相当大的 DNA多态性。结论 :AFL P是鉴别淋球菌临床分离株有用而敏感的分子技术 ,有助于了解菌株来源。 Objective:To evaluate the ability of Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism for molecule typing of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates.Methods:Genomic DNA from 26 Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates were digested with EcoRI , MesI and by Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism.Results:Strains could be differentiated by AFLP analysis. Isolates from different geographic areas and even some isolates in the same area showed considerable amount of DNA polymorphism.Conclusion:Amplified Fragment Length Polymorpbism analysis are a useful, sensitive molecular techniques for differentiation of clinical isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It should be helpful in the investigation of strain origin, clonal relation among strains and spread of antibiotic resistance.
