腹部B超引导行胚胎移植102例报告

Study on 102 cases of embryo transfer guided by transabdominal B-ultrasouograpy

目的 :寻找一种简便、安全、有效的胚胎移植方法。方法 :在取卵后 72 h,B超引导胚胎移植组 10 2例与常规胚胎移植组 60例 ,比较两组胚胎移植一次成功例数、子宫内膜出血例数。结果 :胚胎移植一次成功 B超引导胚胎移植组 ( 95 .1% )高于常规胚胎移植组 ( 83 .3 % ) ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,胚胎移植引起子宫内膜出血 B超引导胚胎移植组 ( 1.0 % )明显低于常规胚胎移植组 ( 18.3 % ) ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :经腹部 B超引导的胚胎移植是一种安全、简便。

Objective:To look for one kind of simple ,safe and effective way of embryo transfer.Method:72 hours after retrieveing oocytes,we compared the successful rate and endometrorrhagia rate of 102 cases in which embryo transfer(ET) was guided by transabdominal B-ultrasouograpy with that of 60 cases in which embryo transfer was performed by usual way.Results:The successful rate(95.1%) of embryo transfer of 102 cases was significantly higher than that of controls(83.3%) (P<0.05),The endometrorrhagia rate (1.0%)of 102 cases was significantly lower than that of controls(18.3%)(P<0.01)?Conclusion:ET guided by transabdominal B- ultrasouograpy is one kind of simple ,safe and effective way of embryo transfer.
