摘要
目的 观察经颅磁刺激促进周围神经再生的电生理学和组织学变化 ,探讨其对促进神经损伤后功能恢复作用。方法 用电生理学和组织学方法分别观察磁刺激对损伤周围神经的潜伏期、波幅及神经传导速度和周围神经髓鞘结构和数目的影响 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 磁刺激组受损坐骨神经的潜伏期较对照组缩短 ,组织学观察可见大量新生髓鞘 ,其数目较对照组多 ,差异有显著性意义。磁刺激组髓鞘的结构也较对照组清晰完整。结论 经颅磁刺激可能具有促进受损周围神经再生修复的作用。
Objective To explore the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation on functional recovery of peripheral nerve injuries in rats. Methods The latency, amplitude, nerve conduction velocity as well as the structure and number of myelin sheath in the experimentally injured peripheral nerve in rats underwent transcranial magnetic stimulation (experimental group) were observed, respectively, by electrophysiological and histological methods and compared with those in the control group (no transcranial magnetic stimulation). Results It was found that the conduction latency of the injured sciatic nerve in rats of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the number of myelin sheath in injured sciatic nerve of the experimental group was significantly more than that of the control group. The myelin sheath in injured nerve of experimental rats was better structured. Conclusion It was possible that transcranial magnetic stimulation promotes the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve and recovery of nerve conduction function.
