摘要
研究了不同终轧温度及轧后冷却速度对低碳Mn Nb Cu钢的力学性能 (σs,σb 和δ5)的影响。研究结果表明 ,对控轧低碳Mn Nb Cu钢的力学性能的影响主要决定于钢的碳当量 ;随轧后冷却速度的提高 ,σs 和σb 提高 ,δ5降低 ;在奥氏体未再结晶区进行轧制 。
This article analyses influences of final rolled temperature and controlled cooling rates on mechanical properties ( σ s, σ b, δ 5) of low carbon Mn Nb Cu steel. The results showed that mechanical properties of low carbon Mn Nb Cu steel are critical to carbon equivalent. The increment of final rolled cooling rates results in a large increase in σ s, σ b and decrease in δ 5. The effect of cooling rates on ferrite grain size are less in austenite non recrystallization zone.
