THE APPLICATION OF HIGH PRESSURE PULSE WATER JET IN SIMULATING LIQUID IMPACT EROSION OF MATERIALS

摘要 介绍了高压脉冲水射流用于模拟材料水蚀的试验装置的结构和工作原理。用不锈钢、高铬铸铁和司太立合金对水蚀试验装置性能进行了测试 ,采用扫描电镜对材料的失效断口形貌进行了分析。试验结果表明 ,所研制的水蚀试验装置可以很好地对材料的水蚀破坏状况进行模拟 ,具有结构简单、操作方便。 The structure and operation principle of apparatus that use the high pressure pulse water jet to simulate the liquid impact erosion was introduced. Using 12Cr steel, high Cr casting irons and Stellite 6B to test the performance of apparatus, the failure micrography was analyzed with SEM. The result shows that the apparatus can be used to simulate the liquid impact erosion easily and have many advantages such as simple in structure, convenient in operation and easy in evaluation.
