摘要
某电站高温再热管在运行了仅 3× 10 4 h后发生了爆裂。为研究其爆裂原因 ,对不同状态下的再热管进行取样 ,进行了化学分析、宏微观检验和力学性能测定。结果表明 ,由于运行中的再热管局部过热 ,造成管壁严重的氧化而减薄 ;同时又引起该区域组织发生变化 ,这样就大大降低了材料的力学性能。由于在这种条件下的长期运行 ,使材料的性能不断恶化 。
The burst of high temperature re-heater pipe of powerstation occured when it operating over 30000 hours. It causes a lot of enormous losses. This article researchs the cause of cracking by means of macroscopic inspection, mechanical property testing etc. It was found that the cracking is induced by the partial superheat and superpressure. We put forward a proposal for improving the management of this eguipment.
