摘要
为了精确测定双相不锈钢中的各相含量 ,保证测定结果准确、可靠 ,以母材和焊缝组织为例 ,采用网格目镜进行观察 ,利用网格交点落在视场中的不同位置进行定量测量。通过对测量数据进行处理和误差分析 ,最终得出标准误差和试样相含量范围 ,并以此范围作为判断相含量合格与否的依据。
In order to measure accurately the phase content of dual phases stainless steel, it is important to ensure the measuring result being accurate and reliable. Taking the microstructure of raw material and welding seam as an example, observing by latticed eyepiece, utilizing lattice point of intersection fall to the different position among the visual field, then the phase content can be measured quantitatively. Trough data processing and error analyzing the relation of the standard error and the range of sample phase content can be got finally. The range can be act as the base on judging whether the phase content are qualified or not.
