摘要
建立了水平连铸QSn6 .5 0 .1带坯的显微缩松评级标准 ,将缩松从轻微到严重依次划分为六个等级 ;研究了缩松等级、密度值和轧制情况的大致对应关系。结果表明 ,显微缩松从一级到六级 ,对应平均密度值从 8.92 0~ 8.86 0g/cm3变化 ;一级到三级缩松 ,基本上不会因显微缩松而引起轧制开裂 ;四级缩松时有少量轻微开裂 ;五~六级缩松 ,则出现严重轧制开裂。
The micro porosity grade of horizontal continuous casting of QSn6.5 0.1 copper sheet was built in this article. It was divided into six grades from trifling to serious. The relation between micro porosity, density and rolling were also studied in this article. It is declared, the average density values against the six grades of micro porosity change from 8.920g/cm 3 to 8.860g/cm 3. The micro porosity from grade one to three can't cause rolling crack. Then the grade four can cause tiny crack and the five and six to serious rolling crack.
