摘要
本文给出了基于区组设计的最佳自正交不等保护能力(UEP)码的两种新的构造方法,并且,获得了具有丰富保护层次的最佳自正交 UEP 码。
Two new methods based on the block designs for constructingoptimal self-orthogonal UEP codes are presented,and such codeswith plentiful protection levels are obtained.
