摘要
对ISO9001:2000版标准中一个主要问题—顾客满意信息收集存在的共性问题进行了探讨,阐述了顾客满意信息收集的途径和内容。
In this paper, we discusse the main issuein the standard (ISO9001: 2000): the common problems inthe information collecting of the costomer satisfaction. Alsothis article explains the content of this information and waysof collecting them.
