CT、CTA、DSA在蛛网膜下腔出血中的应用

Application of CT CTA DSA in Subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)

[目的 ]分析蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)的CT、CTA、DSA影像表现 ,以提高对SAH之病因诊断的准确性。 [方法 ]SAH患者 6 6例 ,男 35例 ,女 31例 ,年龄 17～ 74岁 ,平均 4 5岁 ,全部CT检查 ,其中 5 5例行DSA检查 ,15例行CTA检查。 [结果 ]CT检查 ,检出动脉瘤 5例 ;DSA检查 ,其中检出动脉瘤 4 5例 ,动静脉畸形 6例 ;15例CTA检查 ,检出动脉瘤 12例 ,动静脉畸形 1例。 [结论 ]CTA与DSA在SAH的病因诊断中有着重要的价值 ,CTA作为简便的非损伤性血管检查方法 。

To improve the diagnostic accuracy of SAH ,we analyze the images of CT CTA and DSA in 66 patients. : CT CTA and DSA were performed in 66 patients (Male 35, Female 31, age from 17～74 years, average 45 years). There were 55 patients performed DSA and CT examination , 15 patients performed CTA and CT. The authors detected 45 aneurysms and 6 AVM among 55 patients performed DSA, 12 aneurysms and 1 AVM in 15 CTA examination. [Conclusions] CTA and DSA were effective method in diagnosis of SAH. As a no-injury and convenient examination , CTA would be used, especially is the critical and post operation patients.
