围产期及其他因素对城市儿童行为问题的影响

The Effect of Perinatal Stage and Other Factors on the Behavior Problems of the City Children

目的探讨围产期及其他因素对儿童行为问题的影响。方法采用Achenbach’s儿童行为量表(the Child Behavior Checklist,简称CBCL)对潍坊市城区4～16岁儿童进行了调查,并对相关因素进行分析。结果904名儿童中有80人(8.85％)存在行为问题,男、女各40名,围产期不利因素及儿童既往患病是儿童行为问题的重要危险因素。结论 少年儿童容易出现行为问题,发生这些问题的原因是多方面的,不单纯是心理因素,是多种因素共同作用的结果,很可能有它的生物学基础。

Objective To study the effect of perinatal stage and other factors on the behavior problem of the city children. Methods 4-16 years old city children of Weifang were investigated with Achenbach's child behavior checklist (CBCL) and some related factor were analyzed. Results 80(8.85%) in 904 children have behavior problems.The numbers of boys and girls were respectively 40. The adverse factors of perinatal stage and the children past illness are dangerous factors. Conclusion The behavior problem are apt to occur in the children. The reasons of the problems are multiple and they are not merely psychological factors. The problems are the results of many factors and may have biological background.
