鼻咽肿瘤腔内残留病灶后装放疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Brachytherapy on Intracavitary Residual Tumors in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Neoplasms

目的观察鼻咽肿瘤外照射后腔内残留病灶后装放射治疗的疗效。方法120例均经病理证实的鼻咽肿瘤经外照射全量后复查,确定腔内仍有残留病灶者,给予后装放射治疗15-30GY。结果3个月肿瘤完全消退91.7％,部分消退8.3％.1、3、5年生存率分别为90.0％、70.0％、58.3％.主要副作用为鼻塞,鼻咽腔干燥。结论后装放射治疗鼻咽肿瘤残留病灶有较好的疗效,特别对早期病人。但对晚期超腔者效果较差。

Objective To observe the value of brachytherapy on intracavitary residual tumors in patients with na-sopharyngeal neoplasms after external radiation therapy. Methods 120 cases all proved as nasopharyngeal neoplasms were treated with brachytherapy(15 ~ 30GY) .These cases all had intracavitary residual tumors after full external radiation therapy. Results 3 months after brachytherapy, the overall regression rate of the residual tumors was 91.7% , and partial regression rate was 8.3% .The 1,3, 5 year survival rates were 90.0% ,70.0% ,58.3% respectively.The major complications of treatment were nasal obstruction, dryness of nasopharynx. Conclusion Brachytherapy is effective in the treatment of the residual nasopharyngeal neoplasms, especially for patients at an early stage. But it is unsatisfied for late extracavitary tumors.
