摘要
本试验研究了DV85和DZ78的8个衍生抗源对水稻白叶枯病的抗性及其遗传。结果表明,衍生抗源抗性稳定;其中,21610受2对显性基因互补作用控制,2162、21637、21640、21642受1对隐性和1对显性基因控制,并存在显性上位效应,21621、21622、21625受1对显性基因控制。遗传背境对抗性基因的表达有明显的影响。
A preliminary study of the inheritance of resistance to bacterial blight(Xanthomonasoryzae)in 8 promising lines derived from the resistant Indica rice(Orayza sativa L.subsp.hsien)varieties DV85 and DZ78 indicated that the resistance of these lines was stabe whenthey were inoculated with the pathogenic bacteria KS-6-6.Analysis of the F'_1S,F'_2S,BCll's and BC12's resulting from the hybridization of the eight derivative lines withNanjing No.11 showed that the rcstistance of line 21610 is controlled by two dominantcomplementary genes that of 21612,21637,21640 and 21642 is controlled by a dominantgent and a recessive gene,and lines 21621,21622 and 21625 carry a dominant resistancegent.Significant impact of genetic background on resistance was observed.
