两系杂交籼稻蛋白质含量的研究

STUDY ON GRAIN PROTEIN CONTENT IN“TWO-LINE”HYBRID RICE

对22个“二系”杂交水稻杂种一代及其亲本的蛋白质含量的研究表明,母本蛋白质含量对杂种一代有正向作用,而父本以及双亲平均值均呈负向作用,居中组合较少。在水稻“二系”育种中,应利用蛋白质含量较高的核不育两用系作母本,并选择对蛋白质含量有较高特殊配合力的父母本配组,才可能育出有较高蛋白质含量的“二系”杂交稻。

An investigation of the protein content of 22“two-line” bybrid(the F_1s of crosscombinations with nuclear male sterile lines as the maternal parents and fertility restorers asthe pollen parents)rice varieties and their parents and a correlation analysis of the data ob-tained showed thatgrain protein content of the sterile line exerted a positive effect on theprotein content of the F_1s while the effect of the pollen parent and the mean value of thetwo parents appeared to be negative.It is recommended that in”two-line” breeding forhigher protein content,nuclear male sterile lines with high protein content be used as thematcrnal parent and parents with high specific combining ability for protein content bechosen for the cross combinations.
