摘要
从涪陵、宜宾、南充、内江采集茎瘤芥、小叶芥、大叶芥和根芥病毒病标样共120份,用6种抗血清经酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)间接法检测。结果表明,TuMV 的74份,占样品数的61.66%。TuMV 与CMV 复合侵染的32份,占26.67%,其它病毒3份占2.50%,无反应的11份占9.17%.表明4种芥菜的病毒病主要是TuMV,其次为TuMV+CMV。
An accession of 120 virus-diseased plants of Brassica juncea collected from Fuling,Yibin,Nanchong and Neijiang,Sichuan Province,were subjected to indirect Elisa test withthe antisera of TuMV,CMV,PVx,PVy,TMV and CaMV.The specimens covered thewidely known varieties of B.juncea used as raw material for Sichuan pickled or curedvegatable—Zhacai(B.juncea var.tumidan),Yacai(B.juncea var.foliosa),Dongcai(B.juncea var.rugosa)and Datoucai(B.juncea var.megarhiza).Seventy-four specimens,ac-counting for 61.66% of the total,showed reaction with TuMV antiserum.Another 32,or26.67% of the total,reacted with both TuMV and CMV antisera.Three specimens,2.50%of the tothl,reacted with one of the other antisera used in the test,while 11 specimens,i.e.9.17% of the total,were not clarified in the present test and remained to be studied in fur-ther work.The results indicate that TuMV or TuMV+CMV complex are the predominantcausal agents of virus discascs in the four varieties of B.juncea in Sichuan Province.
