摘要
供试柑桔属的10个品种对桔全爪螨(Panonychus citri McGregor)种群生长发育、繁殖及种群密度有明显的影响,品种间存在感螨性差异。其中,大红袍红桔、枸头橙、尤力克柠檬感螨程度较高,椪柑、哈姆林甜橙、四季抛柚感螨程度较低,华盛顿脐橙、锦橙、宫川温州蜜柑、兴津温州蜜柑感螨性居中。桔全爪螨在感螨程度较高的品种发育历期短,雌成螨寿命长,产卵量大,死亡率较低,R_0、r_m、λ等生命表参数值较大。在感螨程度较低的品种上,桔全爪螨发育历期延长,雌成螨寿命较短,产卵量降低,死亡率较高,R_0、r_m、λ值较小。桔叶角质层厚度,气孔密度,维生素C、总氮、还原糖含量的差异,是造成供试品种感螨性差异的主要理化因子。桔叶油胞密度、叶油成分及含量、总糖和氨基酸含量与感螨程度无明显关系。
In a study made in 1989~1990 in Chongqing,China,the ten citrus varieties testedshowed a marked influence on the growth and development,reproduction and density ofthe citrus red mite(Panonychus citri McGregor)population.Intervarietal differences werenoticed in the susceptibility to the mite.Citrus tangerina cv.Dahongpao,C.aurantium Linnand C.limon cv.Eureka was higyly susceptible to the mite.The pest on these species/varie-ties showed shorter period of development,longer longevity of the feale adults,lower mor-tality,larger number of eggs and greater γ_m,Ro and λ parameter values and shorter tparmcter value from time table.C.reticulata Blanco,C.sinensis cv.Hamlim and C.grandiscv.Shiki were less susceptible.Washington navel orange(C.sinensis),Jinchen sweet orange(C.sinensis)and C.unshui cv.Miyakawa and cv.Okitsu showed moderate susceptibility tothe mite.The variation in cuticle thickmess,stoma density,vitamin C content,total N andreducing sugar contents in the leaves were the major physical and chemical factors respon-sible for the differrnces in citrus red mitc susceptibility.Oil cell density,citrus leaf oil com-ponents and their content,total sugar content amd total amino acid content had no signifi-cant influence on the mite susceptibility of the citrus varieties studied.
