废纸造纸循环水处理实现零排放 被引量:22

摘要 在以废纸为原料的造纸厂里建立了废水生物处理系统处理循环水,合理设计和工艺控制达到了在去除有机污染物的同时,通过生物软化工艺去除水中钙离子的预定目标,有效地消除了循环水系统污染物的积累,从而使循环水可以全部回用,成功地实现了废水的零排放。该工程2002年6月开始启动,2002年11月以来耗水量降低到2.1~2.3m3/t纸,在纸机车速高于设计车速的条件下生产运行稳定,吨成品纸消耗废纸原料的量降低到1.15t以下。在取得良好污染控制效果的同时,取得很好的节水和节约原材料的经济效益。 An anaerobic /aerobic treatment pla nt for the process water regeneratio n was operated successfully in a recy cled paper mill.The accu-mulation of deleterious pollutants in process water was eliminated as organic compounds and calcium were rem oved by the biological system.As a re sult,zero effluent discharge in the paper mill,the goal of the project,was rea lized.The wastewater treatment system was started in June,2002and the f resh water consumption had been decrease d to 2.1~2.3m 3 /ton paper since November of this yea r.At the same time,paper machine run steadily and the consumption of recycle paper,which is used as raw materials,decreased t o less than 1.15ton for one ton of final product.The results show that effe ctive pollution control was achieved alon g with very good economic benefit due to the saving of fresh water and raw ma terials.
