摘要
用Stanford法研究了石灰性、中性和酸性紫色土氮素矿化作用。结果表明,在35℃下40周内,紫色土的矿化氮集中在前8~12周释放,26周后释放量<lmgN/kg·W。紫色土氮素矿化的动力学过程可用1/Nt=1/N_o+b/t、N_t=No(1-e^(-kt))、Nt=At^B 和Nt=A+Bt^(1/2)四种数学模型定量描述。3 种紫色土的No 值为136.0~185.3mgN/kg,为全氮的12.85~19.44%,K值0.1093~0.2005W^(-1),t_(1/2)值为4.99~6.34W。
Stanford's aerobic incubation method was used to study the kinetics of themineralizable nitrogen in purple soils.Soil mincralizable nitrogen release occurred mainlywithin 12 weeks under laboratoty incubation conditions.Nitrogen mineralization rate wasbelow 1 mg N/kg·week after 26 weeks.The dynamics of soil nitrogen mineralizationcould be described quantitatively by four equations:1/N_t=1/N_o+b/t,N_t=N_o(1-e^(-kt)),N_t=At^Band N_t=A+Bt^(1/2).The values of Nofor the purple soils range from136.0 to 185.3 mg N/kg soil,accounting for 12.85-19.44% of the total N in the testedsoils.The values of K and t_(1/2)were 0.1093-0.2005/week and 4.99-6.34 weeks,respectively.
