摘要
目的 :本实验旨在研究生脉饮能否通过抗氧化作用 (清除羟自由基 )保护红细胞膜。方法 :以溶血率和脂质过氧化程度为判断指标。用氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定上清液中血红蛋白 ,判断溶血率 ;用TBA法测定MDA ,间接判断红细胞膜脂质过氧化程度。结果 :加药管与氧化管相比 ,溶血率降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,脂质过氧化产物MDA产生减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:The experiment is meant to investigate whether the Shengmai Drink has the function of protecting red blood cell membrane by way of anti- oxidation (clearing away the hydrogen radicals).Methods:The hemolysis rate and peroxidative degree of lipid were used as the judging criteria. Hemolysis rate is obtained by deter-mining the number of hemoglobin in the supematant fluid with cyanmethemoglobin method; MDA is tested with TBA method, indirectly determing the peroxidative degree of lipid.Results:Comparing the drugged tube with the oxidant tube, the hemolysis rate is lowered (P<0.01), the growth of lipid peroxides MDA is lowered (P<0.05).Conclusions:The Shengmai Drink has the function of preventing or reducing the oxidation effect of hydrogen radicals on red blood cell membrane.
