摘要
目的 :探讨下丘脑室旁核在致痫大鼠对细胞免疫功能的影响及机制。方法 :大鼠大脑皮层应用化学致痫剂马桑内酯引起痫样放电 ,以刀豆素A刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖反应为指标 ,观察电损毁和电刺激下丘脑室旁核对致痫动物细胞免疫功能的影响。结果 :马桑内酯诱发动物脑细胞异常放电时 ,可抑制刀豆素A刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,电损毁双侧下丘脑室旁核可减弱这种抑制效应 ,电刺激室旁核可增强这种抑制效应。结论
Objective:To explore the influence of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) on cellular immune function and its mechanism in the epileptic animal model.Methods:In the experiments, application of chemical convulsive agent coriaria lactone(CL) to cerebral cortex caused the epileptiform discharges in rats. The proliferation of Con A-stimulated splenic lymphocytes were observed after the hypothalamic PVN were cauterized and stimulated.Results:The proliferation of Con A-stimulated splenic lymphocytes was inhibited and this inhibitory effect could be decreased by electrolytical lesion of bilateral hypothalamic PYN , but enhanced by electrical stimulation of PVN in the epileptic rats.Conclusion:The above experimental results suggest that hypothalamic PVN participated in the inhibition of cellular immune function in the epileptic rats.
