摘要
采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法,从生产,流通、消费等角度,全面研究了贵州粮食问题的历史和现状,详细剖析了1984年后贵州粮食生产出现“一年滑坡,三年徘徊”的主观原因,预测了未来10年贵州人口数量、粮食产量、耕地变化、主要农业生产资料需求。在此基础上,提出了贵州90年代发展粮食生产的目标、任务和解决贵州粮食问题的战略思路、方针、政策和措施。
By means of a way which combining quantitative with qualitative analysis,the history and present situation of grain problem in Guizhou province have been researched in production, circulation and consumption. The subject in reduction and flectuation of grain output in the last few years have been analyzed. The population growth, grain output, cultivated area change and requirement of main means of production have been forecasted. The target, assignment and strategic thinking, guiding principle, police and measures for developing grain production in Guizhou have been proposed.
