几种培养基附加物对提高籼稻花培效果的作用 被引量:3

摘要 试验了不同浓度的氯化钙(CaCl_2)、硝酸银(AgNO_3)、氯化胆碱(CC)及脱落酸(ABA)对籼稻花药愈伤组织诱导率和继代效果,发现在培养基中含有600mg/L CaCl_2、10mg/L AgNO_3、300mg/L CC均能提高愈伤组织诱导率,在继代培养中加快细胞的生长,有利于胚胎发生。ABA对细胞胚性的发生、恢复和保持有良好的效果。 The effects on callus induction and subculture of indica rice anther culture were tested by using different concentration of calcium chloride (CaCl2. 2H2O), silver nitrate(AgNO3), Choline chloride (CC) and abscisic acid (ABA). It was found that they enhanced callus induction frequency and increased cell growth in subculture when the culture medium contained 600mg/L of CaCl2. 2H2O, 10mg/L of AgNO3 and 300mg/L CC. ABA has a better effect on restoring and maintaining embryonic cell character
