光敏核不育水稻对短期高海拔低温处理的反应

摘要 1991年对从省内外引进适合本地生态环境的14个光敏核不育水稻材料进行了短期(育性转换敏感期)高海拔(1260m)低温处理研究。以低海拔不育度与转育敏感期温度的相关系数。高低海拔不育度比值、高低海拔自交和自然结实率各差值为主要指标对其不育材料进行了鉴定。结果表明,在万县立体自然气候条件下,海拔升高、温度降低后,光敏核不育水稻对低温均有反应,反应程度因材料而异。不育系培矮64S、LW2S、2892S对该处理反应很弱,对温度不敏感;不育系2177S、H33、W6154S对该处理反应较强,对温度敏感;其余9个材料对该处理反应介于两类之间,对温度中度敏感。 In 1991, 14 PGMR entries introduced from the inside or the outside of Sichuan, adapted to Wanxian ecological conditions, were treated with low temperature in short-term (during fertility transformation phase) at high altitude land wtih 1260m (called high land cold treatment) .Correlation coefficient of temperature at fertility transformation phase and sterility at low altitude, ratio of sterility at both high and low altitude and respective differences of selfed and naturally setting percentage at high and low altitude of the entries were evaluated. Results indicated that under various climatic conditions along altitude in Wanxian as the temperature decrease with increasing altitude, the entries showed different response to low temperature, Peiai64S, LW2S, and 2892S were very non-sensitive to low temperature whereas 2177S, H33, and W6154S were more sensitive) the rest were intermediate.
