Study of the Exploitation and Management Strategies of Chinese Logistics Talent Resource

根据国外物流人才发展状况及我国物流人才薄弱现状,指出了物流人才需求及发展趋势,探讨了我国目前物流人才资源开发与管理的主要问题,提出了相应的人才资源开发与管理对策。

Based on analyzing the status of logistics talent at home and abroad, this paper points out the demand of logistics talent and its development trend. Moreover, this paper discusses the leading problems of exploitation and management of logistics talent resource, and brings forward some corresponding countermeasures.
