高吸水树脂在农业上的应用研究——1.NPK肥料对高吸水树脂吸水率的影响及其吸附 被引量:14

摘要 NPK肥料对高吸水树脂吸水率具有很强烈的影响。硫酸铵、硝酸铵、碳酸氢铵、过磷酸钙、氯化钾、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、铵磷钾肥使高吸水树脂吸水率为0的浓度分别为9.8%、9.6%、9.1%、0.9%、14.7%、4.5%、14.4%、4.7%。尿素即使在饱和浓度下,高吸水树脂仍保持在65%以上的吸水率。1克高吸水树脂在标准吸水范围内(1:1000)对上述肥料的最大吸附量分别是1.14,1.21,0.49,1.15,0.35,108.61(g)。NPK肥料浓度与高吸水树脂吸水率、肥料吸附率存在显著相关关系。 NPK fertilizers affected the water absorbing rate of high water-absorbing synthetic resin intensely. When the concentration of ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium bicarbonate, calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride, potassium.sulphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, ammo-phos-ka was 9.8%, 9.6%, 9.1%, 0.9%, 14.7%, 14.4%, 4.5%, 4.7% respectively, the water absorbing rate of the resin droped to zero. When the concentration of urea was in saturation, however, the water absorbing rate of the resin was still more than 65%. In the standard range of absorption of water (resin:water = 1:1000) , the maximum that the resin of one gram absorbed the above fertilizers was 1.41, 1.21, 1.15, 0.49, 0.35, 108.61 grame respectively. The concentration of NPK fertilizers was obviously correlated with the rates of absorbing water and absorbing capacity of fertilizers of the resin.
