试论高师教育学科课程的问题与改革

摘要 高师教育专业化水平的高低主要取决于高师教育学科课程的设置和教学是否符合师范教育的培养目标和教师专业化的要求。长期以来,我国高师教育专业课程的设置及教学比例失调、内容陈旧、缺乏特色、脱离实践、研究滞后、改革不彻底。只有明确教育专业课程在教师专业化中的功能和地位、强化教育科研、以教师专业化发展为核心开发教育专业课程、加强实践环节的教学,才能提高高师教育的专业化水平,加快教师专业化进程。 The academic quality of higher teacher education depends primarily on whether the curriculum design and teaching can meet the requirements of teacher education for its goals of training and specialization of teachers. There have long been a lot of problems in China's higher teacher education, including the maladjusted curricular design and teaching, the outdated content, the lack of distinctive, the deviation from practice, the backward research, the incomplete reform, etc. Only by clarifying the role and status of educational curricula in facilitating the specialization of teachers, reinforcing educational research, developing educational curricula meant for specialist development of teachers, and strengthening the practice of teaching, can the specialization level of higher teacher education be promoted and the accelerated process of specialization of teachers be guaranteed.
