玉米姊妹系、姊妹种及改良单交种的生理生化研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别以自交系M17和77的姊妹系,姊妹种及改良单交种为材料,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶胶电泳(PAGE),分析了各材料幼苗的过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶,并采用SDS-PAGE,分析了盐溶蛋白、醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白。结果表明:姊妹系间,姊妹种与姊姊系间的酯酶同工酶谱和三种蛋白图谱基本相同,过氧化物酶同工酶谱则存在一定差异;姊姊种均无“杂种酶带”出现,这与亲缘较远的两自交系组配的杂交种(单交种)具有本质差别;改良单交种与对应单交种的两种同工酶谱和蛋白图谱则相同。 Peroxidase and esterase isozyme patterns of maize inbred lines M017 and 77, as well as their sib-crosses and improved single crosses were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis (PAGE). Moreover, salt-soluble proteins zeins and glutelins extracted from maize seedlings were compared by SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that the patterns of esterase isozymes and the three proteins approximately made no differences between sib-lines and between sib-crosses and sib-lines, wheras certain differences of peroxidase isozyme patterns of all sib-crosses did not appear complement, which was essentially different from the single cross hybrid formed with two different inbred lines, The patterns of isozymes and proteins made no significantly difference between original and improved single cross hybrids.
