摘要
介绍了四苯硼-乌头类生物碱活性物质的制备,用该活性物质研制的石墨涂膜电极及其应用.电极电位在乌头类生物碱10^(-5)~10^(-3)mol·L^(-1)的浓度范围内符合Nernst方程.在pH3~6范围内,电极系数为58±1mV(21℃左右),检测下限为1.8×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1),响应时间为1min左右.应用相对标准工作曲线法,可以直接对乌头类生物碱进行定量测定.
It introduced the preparation and application of aconitinc-tctrapiicnylboi-atc-graphitc selective electrode. E'xpermental results'show the performances of this electrode are in accord with Ncrnst equation within the concentration range of 10-5 to 10-3 mol-L-1, with the slope of 58+1 mV at pH 3 to 6. The lower detection limit is 1.8 X 10-9niol L-1. The response time is about one minite. The quantitative determination of aconitinc may be done by using a calibration curve.
