摘要
自由贸易区是区域经济一体化的一种类型,在世界经济一体化中,区域经济一体化占据着重要位置。广西作为中国与东盟接壤的省份,在中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立中具有特殊的区位优势。要建立广西、越南自由贸易区,就要解决好一系列国际法和国内法方面的法律问题。
Free trade zone represents a form of regional economic integration, which plays an important role in the globalization of world economy. Guangxi, as a border region between China and ASEAN countries, is privileged in the establishment of free trade zones between China and ASEAN. In order to set up Guangxi - Vietnam free trade zone, it is necessary to solve series of legal problems concerning the international and domestic laws.
