金属超微粒结晶生长的时间特性分析

摘要 利用X-射线衍射技术对溅射沉积在非晶二氧化硅基底上的金属晶体超微粒的生长特性进行实验研究.发现银超微粒的衍射强度和结晶核粒径随时间的增长遵从幂指数规律;并且银超微粒的结构有趋向结晶化的趋势.同时,银晶体超微粒的生长特性具有自相似性. Using X-ray diffraction technique, the process of the crystal growth of metal ultrafine particles, which are prepared by sputtering method and deposited on the silica! substrate, have been researched. It is found that the diffraction intensity and the nucleus diamter of Ag-ultrafine particles are increassed with time and it follows the power-law. Furthermore, the microstructure of Ag-ultrafine particles tends to crystallization as time going. At the same time, the in-situ growth of Ag-ultrafine particles displays a self-similarity.
