Taking the perspective of synthetical evaluation of residence functions, this paper discusses how to analyze the main factors affecting the functions of residences, establish the corresponding index system and eventually obtain the outcome of synthetical evaluation of residence function by using the calculating principles of fuzzy mathematics.
