摘要
对聚丙烯酰胺浓度的测定,使用最广泛的是淀粉—三碘化物比色法,其线性范围为0~6PPM,测量受温度影响大,重现性不够好。本文在此基础上改用了更优良的还原—掩蔽剂体系,使浓度检测的线性范围扩大到0~24PPM并且在室温下测定几乎不受温度影响,重现性好。
A method for analyzing the concentration of polyacrylamide, which is based on the iodine-starch, is developed. FeSO_4 used as reductant and NH_4HF_2 as masking agent, the concentration of polyacrylamide may be determined within 0—24 ppm while by the old method within 0—6 ppm Especially, this method almost is not affected by the room temperature 15—30℃ and has a better reappearance.
