摘要
从电网自动发电控制(AGC)的运行实际出发,对大中型水电站参加电网AGC运行时可能出现的由于电站监控系统异常而导致的电站和电网的安全问题进行了分析,并根据作者的运行和工作经验提出了监控系统建设中应考虑的技术措施以及运行中异常情况的处理规则等日常运行管理措施。
Based on the practical operation of AGC, this paper analyzes the security problem resulting from abnormal performance of supervisory control systems of large and medium-sized hydropower plants operating in AGC. Technical measures are proposed for the design of supervisory control systems and rules of treatment of abnormal situation are suggested according to the author's experience in operation.
