摘要
采用数值解析结合法计算旋转电机的二维磁场,推导出计及电机极对数时的气隙磁场的解析表达式,并用矢量磁位相等的交界条件连接磁场的数值和解析方程。以一台永磁无刷电机的磁场计算为例,通过与有限元法的计算结果比较,验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性。
A numerical-analytical method is applied to the two-dimensional magnetic field computation in rotating electric machines in this paper. The analytical expressions for air-gap magnetic field are derived,in which the machine pole pairs are taken into account so that the solution region can be reduced within one periodic range. The numerical and analytical magnetic field equations are linked with equal vector magnetic potential boundary conditions. As an example,the magnetic field of a brushless permanent magnet machine is computed with the proposed method,and the result of which is compared to that obtained by finite element method so as to verify the correction of the method. The pre-processing for rotor movement will be much simplified since there are no mesh grids in the air gap.
