摘要
国家大剧院壳体底环梁为局部有钢箱梁的环形钢筋混凝土结构,环形梁凌空最高达5m,自重大,钢筋密集,施工难点多。为此,对环梁的钢筋工程、钢箱梁工程、预埋螺栓管施工、混凝土浇筑及测温养护等分别采取相应技术措施,环梁混凝土经养护后实际观测未出现收缩裂缝。
The base ring beam of the shell in the National Grand Theatre has a ring reinforced concrete structure with steel-box beam partially.The largest height of the ring beam is5m.It has a large self-weight,dense reinforcement,a number of key construction points.Many relevant measures are adopted respectively for such con-ditions:the reinforcement work of the ring beam,the steel-box beam work,the construction of embedded bolt pipes,the concrete pouring,the measured temperature curing,etc.After curing,through the actual observation,the shrinkage crack does not occur in the ring beam con-crete.
