摘要
由对抗性竞争向合作竞争发展已经成为一种共识。然而 ,大多数的研究仅说明了合作是一种必然 ,但对于究竟什么才是真正意义上的合作竞争以及如何进行合作等问题却提及较少 ,而这往往是企业间建立持久合作的关键。本文正是在总结出合作竞争实质的基础上 ,即 :互补的前提 ,双赢的结果 ,市场增量的导向 ,以迈克尔·波特的产业竞争模型为依据 ,针对企业的供应商、替代者、顾客 ,具体分析归纳出了企业合作竞争的基本模式。
The collaborative competition has become a common idea of enterprises, which is suitable to the changes of society and environment. However, most research has only demonstrated why collaborate competition is necessary to enterprises, while the more important to enterprises is how. So based on the key of collaborative competition and Michael E Porter's competition model, this thesis analyses concretely how to cooperate with suppliers, substitutes and customers, so as to the better development of enterprises.
