近些年 ,国内外经济形势发生重大变化 ,金融混业经营的趋势也更加明朗 ,中国加入WTO之后 ,原有的分业经营的制度均衡必将打破 ,因此在以风险分析为依据选择实现金融多元化经营过渡模式和设置转变进程是我国未来金融制度变迁的主要方向。

The economic situation has changed a lot in recent years, with the obvious trend of mixed operation. With China's entry into the WTO, the old equilibrium of divided operation is sure to be changed. Therefore, it is the main future direction of China's financial institutional change that the transitional mode and changing process of financial multi-operation is realized is conducted on the basis of risk analysis.
