教师是提高学校教学质量的关键,而良好的师德是对教师的根本要求。本文以北京化工大学的教师队伍为例,调查分析了现阶段高校教师的师德建设情况,对影响师德建设的原因进行了分析,并对加强师德建设提出了建议和措施,旨在全面提高高等学校教师队伍的思想道德建设,为学校的建设和发展做出更大贡献。

Teacher is the key in improving the quality of teaching and good morality is the essent all demand the for teachers. Taking this paper investgates the moral construction of college and university at present.Then the factors influencing the moral construction have been analyzed.Meanwhile,the suggestion and measure on how to strengthen moral construction have also been put forward here . The gist of this paper is to strengthen the moral construction of college teathers and try to make greater contributions to the development of College and university.
