91例重症胸外伤的外科手术治疗

Surgical treatment of 91 cases of severe chest injury

目的 总结91例重症胸外伤的手术治疗。方法 对我院1999年1月-2003年7月收治的91例重症胸外伤手术治疗病例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组治愈84例(92％),死亡7例(8％)。结论 重症胸外伤病情凶险,变化快,合并症多,严重危及病人健康和生命。早期手术治疗效果好。

Objective To summarize the surgical treatment of 91 patients with sever chest injury. Methods 91 cases of severe chest injury were analysed retrospectively. Reults In 91 cases, 84 cases recovered (92% )and 7 cases died(8% ) .Conclusion Combining with multiple complications and rapid change, severe chest injury is dangerous and endangers lives of these patients. early surgery could provide good curative effect.
