癌症患者转铁蛋白与总抗氧化状态的关系探讨

Relations between TF level and their TAOP in patients with cancer

分析癌症患者血清中转铁蛋白与总抗氧化状态的关系,以探索转铁蛋白与总抗氧化状态在肿瘤形成过程中可能的作用。方法 在实验测定了102例癌症病人和86例健康对照血清中转铁蛋白、总抗氧化力的浓度。结果 癌症组转铁蛋白浓度(3.79±0.63)明显高于对照组(3.39±0.59),癌症组总抗氧化力(4.34±0.83)明显低于对照组(5.87±0.98)。结论 转铁蛋白与总抗氧化能力之间存在明显正相关,说明有效的铁结合力赋予转铁蛋白有力的抗氧化作用。

Objective:To analyze the relations between serum levels of TF and TAOP in patients with cancer, and investigate the function of TF and TAOP levels during the tumor progress. Methods: We measured the serum TF and TAOP concentrations in 102 patients with cancer and 86 healthy persons, respectiverly. Results: The concentration of TF in cancer group (3.79±0.63) was significantly higher than the control( 3.39 ±0.59), while TAOP in cancers (4.34±0.83) was lower obviously than the healthy group (5.87±0.98). Conclusion: A positive correlation between TF and TAOP indivates that efficient conjugation of ferrum may perform a strong antioxidation ability.
