摘要
目的 :观察麻醉的Wistar大鼠在微量失血状态下肾交感神经活动 (RSNA)的变化。探讨延髓头端外侧部(RVL)脊髓谷氨酸神经通路在微量失血状态下所引起的RSNA增强中的作用。方法 :12只Wistar大鼠于微量失血前在脊髓 (T10)表面注射谷氨酸和加压素拮抗剂 (10μl) ,观察其肾交感神经放电及血压变化。结果 :微量失血引起的RSNA增强反应可被注射在胸髓表面的加压素受体拮抗剂 (V1a拮抗剂 )和谷氨酸受体拮抗剂犬尿氨酸(kynurenicacid)所部分抑制。结论 :微量失血引起的RSNA增强作用除部分由丘脑下部室旁核(PVN)血管加压素所媒介 。
Objective:To investigate the changes in renal sympathetic nerve activity by haemorrhage in anesthetic Wistar rats.The aim was to determine how the sympathetic renal nerve activity(RSNA)was influenced by spinal projecting vasomotor neurons in the ventrolatˉeral medulla in haemorrhage.Methods:12Wistar rats were administrated intrathecally at the spinal level(T 10 )by V1a antagonist and kynurenic acid in a volume of10μl before haemorrhage,respectively.The changes of RSNA and blood pressure were observed and recorded.Results:Excitation of RSNA caused by haemorrhage was partially blocked by V1a antagonist or kynurenic acid at the spinal level.Conclusion:PVN projection to renal vasomotor neurons in the spinal cord consists of at least two phenotypes,one exciting these neurons by vasopressin and another utilizing glutamate as well.
