摘要
目的 :探讨脾血回输技术在巨脾切除术中的临床应用。方法 :回顾分析76例患者术中脾血回输的各种操作方法。结果 :脾血回输后血色素、红细胞压积明显升高。结论 :脾血回输技术能节约血源,避免了体外输血的不良反应 。
Objective:To discuss the clinical application of autotransfusion in splenectomy.Methods:To analyze retrospectively several clinical methods of autotransfusion in76paˉtients.Results:Hemoglobin and HCT elevated markedly after autotransfusion in splenectoˉmy.Conclusion:Autotransfusion can save blood,avoid side effect of blood transfusion,thus,it has wide clinical applicative future.
