摘要 提出加入WTO以后,国内电力基建企业迎来的机遇和挑战,以及电力设计和施工企业在技术创新方面存在的新问题。总结我国在电力工程主厂房结构体系、冷却水塔、动力烟囱、汽轮发电机基础和地基处理等工程技术方面的进展,分析与国外跨国公司相比的技术优势和差距。从增强企业核心竞争力出发,讨论一些可以学习模仿、跟进革新和独主创新的课题,展示电力土建技术可研究创新的广阔空间。 This article clearly indicates opportunities and challenges faced by the domestic power engineering construction enterprises, and describes their new professional problems in power engineering design and construction. On the basis of the summarizations of the technological progresses in main plant structure systems, cooling water towers, stacks, steam turbine generator foundations and their treatments, the article analyzes the advantages and gaps compared with transnational companies, discusses aspects of imitation, follow-up innovation and independent breakthrough on various know-how technologies in order to improve competitiveness and show the vast areas of research and innovation on power civil technologies.
