摘要
消除微生物对火电厂设备的危害是电厂化学工作的内容之一。文中以德国海尔布隆火电厂为例,介绍利用臭氧进行循环水处理的新技术,着重对臭氧的产生及在循环水系统中使用臭氧过程进行阐述。结果表明在电厂循环水冷却系统中使用臭氧不仅可以消除微生物的危害,同时也可减轻设备的其它腐蚀程度。
A German large thermal power plant is introduced here as an example for researching in detail the new tech-niques and experiences on water treatments of circulating cooling system by using ozone. The paper lays emphasis on thefollowing three points: (1)whether man can find out effective substances which can limit biological substance concentra-tion in circulating cooling system, (2)whether ozone can reduce corrosion rate of normal steel [ST37(C1010)] and specialbrass[SoMs71 (CuZn28SnL; CDA443)], (3 )whether it can reduce contents of organic haloids(AOX)and chemical oxygendemand in circulating water. The results show us that there are lots of advantages of using ozone in circulating coolingsystem of power plants, and the ozone technique is worth to be introduced.
